OMG! April has passed by so fast. Can you believe it? Two more days till the end of April and May will be coming on. I am so excited because I will be starting my blog project in May. I am looking forward to it so much! I have never been so excited about something as much as this new blog project. Well, I’m sure I have, but I’m sort of focused on this right now. 🙂 I still have a lot to do before May.
- Clean my desk.
- Make a work area.
- Bring blogging books to work area.
- Make list of ideas and topics for blog.
- Create author and blog page information.
- Make list of pages I want to put on blog.
- Finish reading The Art and Science of Culinary Preparation.
That’s just a little of what I got to do. Well I will keep you updated. Have a good one for now.
Well I thought I would update you on my work with my future business. I finished the second blog book that I ordered from Amazon. It is called Blog Inc. by Joy Deangdeelert Cho. It basically was a rehash from the first book I read. I think Problogger is a much better book, but I will be looking at both books as I start my business. I created my logo for the blog, but won’t be showing it until the blog is registered and is up. I drew it myself and am very proud of it. I think I will be focusing on a green theme for my blog, but I still have time to make up my mind. I am also doing some rereading of some of my culinary books. It’s been a while since I have read them and I need to glance over some things before I start my new blog. Well that is it for my update. Have a good day everyone!
Well I mentioned in my previous blog that I wanted to start a business this year. I have been mulling about and finally I decided that I would start an online cooking blog as a business. I have been reading one book called Problogger by Darren Rowse and Chris Garrett. This has helped me a lot so far. I also have another book that I will be reading to help me with preparing. I plan to start my new blog next month. I have to buy a domain and all that jazz. I have come up with a name, but I will share that next month. I’m looking forward to this new business venture. I will update you on this soon.
